HAPPY BIRTHDAY WYATT!

Wyatt is 1 year old, holy cow, how time flies. We are in so much awe at how much we have come to love him. Wyatt is a very special spirit, he lights up the room with his smile. He can do so many things, he is learning very fast. He walks (just about a run), he says mom, dad, starting to say sis and dog. He likes to play with trucks and making the sounds. He loves to be the center of attention, if you are laughing at him he will make a fake laugh (hilarious). he loves to clap when he hears "Yeah" We love him so much, he is a perfect addition to our little family.

Christmas Time!
I love the holidays. The holidays have a way of making people realize what is truly important in life: FAMILY! You all know that I love my family so much and would do anything for them. With all the hustle and bustle of the hecktic holiday season, we have one party after another, but I love it for the simple reason of being with family. This year we have started a new tradition, my family came over and we made a ginger bread house. It was a lot of fun, after we played games and pigged out on snacks. I have decided to continued an old tradition. My grandma Anderson made advent calendars for each grandkid, and would wrap 1 present for each day, then on the 25 there would be a note to come to her house. Since we are all older, she doesn't do this anymore. I thought it would be great to keep the tradition going and got my advent calendar from her and did it for Hals this year. The gifts are not the memory, but what made it the most memorable was that Grandma cared enough to go to all that trouble. Next year we will do it for Wyatt too, and hopefully one day we will do it for their children.

Boy did we have fun cleaning up all of the leaves.
It was warm and sunny.
A great day for some family fun.Wyatt had a ball, he loved to crunch the leaves in his hands. I think most of them went into his mouth. Oh well extra protien. Hals was a big help with her own rake, she was working up a sweat. We got all the leaves cleaned up just in time for more to fall.

Hunting

As you can see from the pics, Shel had quite the hunting expirience, to say the least. He went hunting with Tex to Tony's Groove last weekend and did not have a very good time. First they lost Tex, he ended up following a trail that lead him onto the Canyon Hwy and had to hitch hike back to camp. Then they got hit with a bad storm, while they were in the mountains hunting, on the way back to camp they got really cold and had to stop to make a fire. They made it out okay. Sunday Shel was on his way home and the roads were very slick from the storm, he was only going 15 MPH and started to slide, he tapped his brakes, but because he was going so slow his truck quit. He couldn't steer and his horse trailer (with 5 horses) started to fishtail out of control, and he went off. He was very lucky that the trees stopped him from rolling.

He was scared mostly for his horses. He couldn't get them out because the tree was in the way. Luckily the search and rescue team had set up a command post in Tony"s Groove for a man who had gone missing. So they were right there to help him. He got all horses out okay, they are very sore, but no major injuries. Sheldon is also okay. We feel very blessed that it was not worse than it was.

Can you find me Mom?

Soccer Star
Haliegh played soccer this fall and was totally awesome. It was her first time playing and she caught on very fast, she scored 5 goals. We thing that is great for a first time player. She is a natural athelete. We are so very proud of her. She is going to be great at whatever she does.

She made some new friends, which is not hard for her. She loves her trophy. She played Breely on the very last game of the season. It was a little hard for her to stay into the game, Breely and Hals would be running the ball together and trip, Hals would be more worried about if Breely was hurt than getting the ball, she is a very sweet and caring little girl.

Hunsaker Family
Isn't our family so cute. We all got together for soup and rolls. Of course we had to run down the girls for a family photo, they love playing with each other and are blessed that they are such good friends.

Haliegh is loving kindergarten, she is so smart, she gets great marks for behavior in class, and she is so friendly and gets along with the other kids. She says that her favorite thing about school is playing on the big toy. She also loves seeing Breely in the halls. She has been having a blast riding the bus to school just like her dad and aunts did, at first she wanted me to meet her at the end of the lane, but now she dosen't like me to. Little Miss Independent!

Wyatt is crawling like crazy, he can walk with one of our fingers, we think he will be walking very soon. He says mom and dad, he claps his hands, he does the indian sound. He is just growing up so fast.
